Coppell Swim School will provide:
- A safe and fun atmosphere for your child to learn.
- Your child the opportunity and encouragement to advance his or her skills in swimming and diving.
- An organized and structured class for all children to learn.
Parents and children will:
- Arrive on time for class (but no earlier than 5 minutes before class start time).
- Arrive ready to swim with proper attire and a towel.
- Not be allowed to bring or wear goggles, swim shoes, or toys during class time.
- Provide for a prompt pick up (within five minutes) of children after class.
- Parents will only be allowed to watch class on parent observation day, the last scheduled day.
Coppell Swim School reserves the right to:
- Give a ‘time-out’ to any child who misbehaves, disturbs other children in his or her class, or does not obey the pool rules.
- Permanently remove a child from class if there is a continuing problem with misbehavior.
- Postpone a class in the event of rain or approaching bad weather.
- Reschedule a postponed class to a make-up date or time, as the instructor’s schedule permits.
- Permanently remove a child from class without a refund for violation of the policy regarding toileting independence. See pool rules.
Other Policies
- No refund will be given if a child is permanently removed from his or her class.
- Please reserve Friday (same class time) on your schedule for make up due to weather.
- If more than one make-up class for weather is needed, dates and times for bad weather will be available based on instructor availability.
- Beginning on the first day of the session, refunds will not be given for that session if the parent cancels for any reason.
- No refund or make-up for class missed due to illness or scheduling conflicts.
- Wait list for make-up times will be kept, and parents may be contacted in the event of a hole in the schedule. Not guaranteed make-up.
- We are not responsible for any injuries to a child as a result of not following the pool rules.
